work has been interesting the past 2 days. got to help kak radz sorting out cisco routers for a trade in for a customer. did it half day yesterday, whole day today. very tiring as we were carrying boxes and boxes and boxes and boxes of routers and switches. those things are bloody heavy. fun part is that i get to do something other than sitting in front of a pc processing orders. nice change of pace there.

all the work done, me and kak radz had a nice chat about the department. learned a lot about the the ups and downs of working there.

then came home, help mama and abah set up thier new phones. mama's phone was a breeze to set up. withing 20 minutes i managed to transfer all the contacts from her old phone to her new one, set up gprs and mms. so all set.

abah's phone however was a different story. the main concern is moving all that phone numbers. should have been easy 'cept for the fact that his old phone is a motorola. bloddy hell, those phones are terrible. totally not user friendly. so copying names to sim card and then transfering it to the new phone was out of the picture. so i decided to use the computer to copy all numbers out then moving it into the new phone. the computer cant detect the phone. took me almost 5 hours just to get the pc to read the data on the phone. hmm, if everything was as simple as my Sony Ericcson, i would have had it done in 10 minutes.

its 12:40 and i'm still awake. waiting for the contact info to ger uploaded into the new phone. have to get it done today, otherwise, it will be hard for abah go about on his usual business tomorrow.


so tired. my body aches, my head aches, and i'm soo sleepy.
