been a while

i haven't posted in a while. mainly because i was mostly not at home and when i was, little time was spent in front of the pc. so i guess here is what had happened in the past 2 weeks.

firstly, i got my second semester result last week on the 21st. i passed 1 paper, Information System(IS) and failed 2 others, Managing People(MP) and the other one is Financial Management and Control(FMC) . i had expected to fail MP but i totally did not expect having to repeat my FMC paper. well, its really sad but i have to move on and keep doing what i'm doing now. what else is there for me to do, right? we should not dwell on the past.

some of my friends finally got me addicted to Command and Conquer: Generals. been playing a lot of it during last weeks semester break at the cyber cafe. its fun and fast paced. so a lot of nights and a lot of cash has been spent playing it. thats all i'm going to say about that.

last saturday, the 25th, imtyaz had his convocation ceremony. i went there with ashaari. there were so many people but, as raqib would have put it, there were not many eye-candy(if you know what i mean). hehe. the weather was good, wasn't that hot. there was a hint of rain for a while but it passed on without letting out its fury. so i guess i'm thankful for that. imtyaz seemed happy on that day. his whole family was there.

just got back from class today. my evening class got cancelled. my lecturer kid is sick. hope he/she is fine.
